Can I change the shipping address for my order?
- We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process.
- Unfortunately we are also unable to change your shipping address from a domestic US address to an International address, or from an International address to a domestic US address. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.
Can I change the billing address for my order?
- Oops! Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! It appears that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!
Can I change the email address to my order?
- Yes! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address. :)
Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?
- No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
- Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, you are unable to cancel or modify the order. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!
I received a package, but it wasn’t my order
- We’re so sorry for the mix up with your order! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number and pictures of the following: the stamped initial/number on the outside of your envelope or box, the order packing slip with with the stamped initial visible, and a picture of the products you did receive.
- Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 daysof delivery.
I received broken item(s) in my order
- We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but mistakes can occasionally happen. Please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE within 14 days of delivery so that we may help you further.
- Please be sure to provide photos of your broken item(s) with a photo of the bottom/side of the product so we can see the 4-digit lot code as well as the name of the affected items so we can best assist you!
I received my package and have a problem!

Do discount codes expire?
- While some things last forever, our discount codes do not. All discount codes will come with an expiration date at the time that they are issued, so that you can plan your shopping date accordingly!
- Please keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed.
Why Isn’t My Promo Code Working?
- We recommend copying and pasting your exact code into the coupon box to apply your discount. Keep in mind that promo codes cannot be combined, nor can they be applied towards shipping.
Can I combine coupon codes on my order?
- Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order. Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed.
- Always make sure to review your order summary prior to completing checkout to make sure you are snagging the best deal for your goodies!
How can I pay for my order?
- We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay!
DELIVERY
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
- Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
- If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email our Customer Care team, within 14 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further! :)
Why is my order unfulfilled?
- No need to worry, unfulfilled just means your order is processing and has not yet shipped! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking once this happens!
When will my order ship?
- Our products usually – key word usually – ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
Can my parcel be redirected to a different address?
- Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
You should still be able to update your address on the USPS website, though!
- If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded. We will notify you if this happens!
How do I track the delivery of my order?
- Yay, you are so close to receiving your goodies! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.
- If you have an account with us, you can also access the tracking number for your order there, once it becomes available. You can locate this information under your Account Details, where your full order history is accessible.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
Return Policy
Thank you again for ordering www.amegat.com website’s (following call we or the site) products. We take our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee seriously and hope you are happy with your purchase. If our product is not exactly right for you, you can return, exchange or refund any product.
1.RETURNS
1.1.Returns within 30 Calendar Days
To start a return, you can contact us at service@amegat.cc. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on the way and location to ship your package. Return items without first requesting are not be accepted.
- Unworn or Unused
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it such as unworn or unused, tags included, original packaging Retained, and accessories. Simply contact service@amegat.cc with your order number, video, or picture proof.
- Damages and Issues
If you notice your product was delivered damaged or incomplete, or have the following situations, contact us immediately.
(1) defective; (2) damaged; (3) the wrong item
You can request a return, exchange, or repair by contacting service@amegat.cc with your order number, video or picture proof of the damage and two express lists.
1.2.Returns after 30 Calendar Days
If the 30-day returns window has passed, and your product is still under warranty, call us to request and schedule repair services. Fees may apply.
2. EXCHANGES
If you want to replace the product for other reasons, we offer free of charge in exchange.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
3. REFUNDS
3.1. Refunds within 5 Calendar Days
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 3-5 business days. However, it may still depend on the bank refund process.
4. NOTES
Delivery, shipping and service fees will not be refunded.
We will not be responsible for the item damaged, excessively dirty, or the original packaging lost. We are only responsible for the expenses caused by the product quality, the freight, and other expenses that must be prepaid by the buyer.
Once your product has been received by us, please allow approximately some days to process your refund, less any return fees or adjustments. Refunds will be issued to the card used for your purchase. If you have not received your refund after two weeks, please contact us at service@amegat.cc with your order number.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not comply with our Returns Policy.

5. Abrasion and appearance damage, such as scratches, dents, chipping, or other surface damage.
Important Notice
1. Do not ship your item to us without a return authorization.
2. You are responsible for returning shipping charges.
3. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment so you should package the item in proper and insurance for loss or damage when you return the item.
4. Once we receive your item, determining your repair requirements covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace your product.
5. If we determine your repaired requirements under our Warranty Exclusions, you are responsible for the unit for a fixed charge and any return charges.
